Each and every veil we sell is handmade to order and we commit to dispatching your veil to you within 3 - 7 days of you placing your order. If you require more urgent delivery please contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Your veil will arrive to you in a beautiful gift box with a complimentary veil hanger.

We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of the veils we produce. If however you are not satisfied with your veil for any reason, simply let us know by email immediately and return it to us in the original condition within 7 days and we will exchange the veil for the one you want, or reimburse you the full cost of the veil, less postage and packaging. We cannot accept returns after 7 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
